GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN CONDO, NICE AMENITIES!! WE LOOK FORWARD TO OUR NEXT STAY! Positive: Location was great, paid @25.00 for early check-in but didn't arrive as early as expected, but a nice option! Greeted by a host at the circular drive with very clear info of check-in details & parking for Airbnb bookings. Arya also offers a hotel stay which looked like a great option! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautiful view of the Bay! The pool area clean, nice amenities with towels, lounge chairs, ice and water & umbrellas for shade! Front desk very helpful! Negative: As an Airbnb guest/stay.....,.....would be a GREAT ASSET to have the option o f Valet Parking & luggage assistance, for an additional fee. I think many of the Airbnb guests would be willing to pay for these additional perks!!

2025 Miami Marathon Tropical Paradise

This is an excellent place to stay! We were close to all Miami has to offer, and it was right on the marathon route. Check-in was easy, the place was clean, and the view is outstanding!
